Our firm is growing and we currently have opportunities for the right people who have a mindset dedicated to outstanding client service and professional excellence in the position of Accounting Coordinator.

Who we are and what we do

We look after entrepreneurs and their private enterprises. Accounting is our foundation and we take care of the things entrepreneurs need done such as statements and income tax returns. However, entrepreneurs need more. They need professional advisors to listen about business issues, to get input from these advisors who have seen similar problems. We also assist in coordinating all financial aspects with their family and estate issues. This is something that takes time and experience.

We service many industries including oil and gas, advertising, agriculture, manufacturing and real estate. This broad exposure with many types of businesses demands that our staff is flexible, willing to learn and ready to take on new challenges.

Our clients all expect personal service and it takes competence, character and dedication to keep them happy. It also takes a team of people, so the ideal candidate will see themselves as an integral part of a process that delivers exceptional service and professionalism.

What we are looking for

You will fit this position if you hold a CA, CGA or CMA designation with::

• At least three years of progressive experience in a professional accounting firm
• Knowledge of CaseWare and Profile would be a definite asset
• The ability to plan and organize Notice to Reader engagements and have experience with completing Review    and Audit engagements
• The desire to really look after clients and be part of a team
